SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Honour Fitness is committed to your satisfaction. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to offer you flexibility and convenience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide hassle-free returns and exchanges to ensure your confidence in shopping with us.
We understand the importance of feeling confident in your purchase decisions. As such, we have streamlined our return and exchange process to make it as straightforward as possible. If you have any questions or require assistance, our team is here to support you every step of the way.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Order Confirmation: Once you've placed an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During promotional periods or high volume, it may take longer.

  • Shipping:

    • Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout.

    • Delivery timeframes will depend on your location and selected method; shipping rates and taxes may apply.

    • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility:

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted for items in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for assessment.

How to Return or Exchange

  • if youre unhappy with your item and wish to return it, send an email to customercare@honourfitness.com within the 14 day period detailing the reason for return and your order number. We will then get in touch with the nearest return address to return your package too to ensure the price of shipping is as low as possible.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrectly shipped.

  • After receiving your return, all items will be inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs.

  • Exchanges will be shipped at no additional shipping cost, depending on stock availability.

  • If a returned item is not in acceptable condition, it may be returned to you without refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Report any defects or damage within 14 days of delivery by emailing us at [customercare@honourfitness.com] with your order number and photos of the damaged or faulty item.

  • Resolution Options:

    • A replacement if available.

    • A full refund (including shipping costs).

    • If repairable, we may offer repair services (though no guarantee is provided).

  • Exclusions:

    • Damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use is not covered under this policy

Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if not yet processed or shipped will be refunded.

  • Orders cancelled within 12 to 24 hours may also be refunded if shipping confirmation has not occured

  • After Shipping: Once dispatched, an order cannot be canceled—you may follow the returns process above.

International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Return shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
